The staff at Hotel Gema Luxury Suites is FRIENDLY and amicable. the location is particularly good and excellent, just 1 mile from Punta Carretas Shopping. - We liked this place, it's bright.

They gave us Wheelchair Accessible room with twin beds, open window and that was essential. A microwave, an electric kettle, and a fridge were a huge plus.

I recently stayed at this luxurious hotel and had a fantastic experience. The location couldn't be better, as it was within walking distance of numerous restaurants and cafes. The room was incredibly spacious and the beds were so comfortable. I also loved the fact that I had a great view of the city from my window. The bathroom was large and the shower had excellent water pressure and temperature control. The staff members were friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Additionally, the hotel offered a variety of services such as room service, car hire, and dry cleaning, which enhanced my overall comfort and convenience during my stay.

We loved the modern and spacious bedroom. The location was perfect, on a quiet street close to a beautiful sandy beach. The breakfast area had a good selection and the facilities were excellent. Despite a broken security box in our room, our stay was enjoyable.

The hotel was in a great location down the street from the beach and surrounded by tons of good restaurants. the rooms were clean and modern with all necessary amenities, including basic kitchenware. the beds were comfortable and the TV offered international channels. Breakfast was basic but acceptable.

The internet rarely worked and the staff was often incompetent and surly.
